It must make the drive north and south more enjoyable with beautiful scenery. It is always nice when the hills are green.Try doing it in daylight once in a while.... I know you usually drive at night.
California has had lots of rain this year, and the hills are green. In the Central Valley, field crops and orchards are getting ready for a rich season.
