Mom’s wedding shoes

I took more than 200 pictures today of various family heirlooms being parceled out to various siblings.

Each of us has had a chance to go through the boxes and mark what interested us.

It ranges from jewelry that I suspect has real monetary value to worn bits of things that once belonged to people in our family tree.

nice to see that we have appropriate theft protection on the valuables. I hope the guard feels the same things are valuable that we do.

Someone we know was very excited that I had brought something home from her favorite Uncle. She was even more excited when I slowly opened the box. She did not stay around long enough to see what was in the box. Silly girl.
